Can I get data on disk? Yes, data can be provided in report (hardcopy), through address labels, and on CDs (in Excel, or comma delimited format). See the Training and Requests Pricing Policy for costs related to specific media.
How soon can I get the data? Normally, it takes 3 - 10 business days for a request to be completed.
Can I get it emailed to me? Certain data can be e-mailed based on criteria (file size, type, etc). Please note on your request whether you are interested in having the data e-mailed to you. However, we are unable to e-mail Voter information at this time. Completed requests can be picked up at the Training and Requests center or mailed via U.S.P.S. Data may also be shipped via courier at the customer's request using the customer's account number.
How do I pay? Upon completion of the request, an invoice is generated and mailed to the customer. The customer forwards the payment (check or money order only) and invoice copy to Training and Requests.
